Day 1: Delhi to Agra
Your journey begins with an early morning pick-up from Delhi airport or train station. After a quick refreshment and check-in to your hotel, your tour of Agra will begin with its two world-renowned monuments.
The Taj Mahal is a breathtaking white marble mausoleum and a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Built by Emperor Shah Jahan in memory of his beloved wife Mumtaz Mahal, it is widely regarded as a symbol of eternal love. The intricate carvings, delicate inlay work, and symmetrical gardens make it an architectural masterpiece. The best time to visit is during sunrise or sunset, when the monument changes color with the shifting light. The Taj Mahal is open from sunrise to sunset every day, except on Fridays, when it is closed to the public for prayers.
Agra Fort is a massive red sandstone fortress and another UNESCO World Heritage Site. It served as the main residence of the Mughal emperors for centuries, and its imposing walls contain a city within a city. The fort showcases a magnificent blend of Hindu and Islamic architectural styles, with grand halls, mosques, and palaces like the Diwan-i-Am and Diwan-i-Khas. It offers a glimpse into the opulent lifestyle of the Mughal court and provides stunning views of the Taj Mahal from its various balconies. The Agra Fort is open daily from sunrise to sunset.

Fatehpur Sikri, located about 40 kilometers from Agra, is a UNESCO World Heritage Site and a ghost city. It was built by Emperor Akbar as his capital but was abandoned due to a lack of water. The city’s well-preserved monuments, including the Buland Darwaza, Jama Masjid, and the Palace of Jodha Bai, reflect a unique blend of Hindu and Islamic architectural styles. It is open daily from sunrise to sunset.
Alternatively, you can visit Abhaneri Chand Baori, a massive stepwell located about 95 kilometers from Jaipur. Built over a thousand years ago, it is one of India's deepest and largest stepwells, with 3,500 steps descending 13 stories into the ground. The mesmerizing geometric patterns of the steps create a stunning visual spectacle and were a practical solution to water conservation in the arid region. The Chand Baori is open daily from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
Upon arrival in Jaipur, you will check into your hotel and have the evening at your leisure. Overnight stay in Jaipur.

Amber Fort is a majestic fort located on a hilltop overlooking Maota Lake, about 11 kilometers from the city center. Built with a blend of Hindu and Rajput architectural styles, the fort is known for its artistic and intricate carvings.
