Job Description:
We are looking for a Tele-Marketing Executive / Relationship Manager to generate tour inquiries, develop strong relationships with travel agents and direct customers, and expand our B2B and B2C tour business. The candidate will be responsible for calling potential clients, understanding travel requirements, and converting leads into bookings.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to travel agents (B2B) and direct customers (B2C) to promote tour packages
Generate tour inquiries for domestic and inbound India tour packages
Build and maintain long-term relationships with travel agents and corporate clients
Explain tour itineraries, pricing, inclusions, and customization options clearly
Follow up on enquiries received via website, WhatsApp, email, and social media
Maintain proper records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and conversions
Coordinate with operations and sales teams to ensure smooth booking confirmation
Achieve daily and monthly lead generation and conversion targets
Identify new business opportunities and expand agent network
Skills & Requirements:
Good communication skills in English & Hindi (additional languages are a plus)
Experience in travel, tourism, tele-sales, or customer relationship management preferred
Knowledge of India tour destinations is an advantage
Ability to handle B2B and B2C clients professionally
Strong convincing and negotiation skills
Comfortable working with CRM, WhatsApp, email, and calling tools
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and result-driven
Experience & Qualification:
Minimum 1–3 years experience in travel tele-marketing / sales (freshers with travel knowledge may apply)
Graduate preferred (any stream)
